1. Products

MUNAÏ cosmetics are carefully made from natural ingredients. Product specifications are presented on our website.

2. Price

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering.

3. Order

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or other secure means offered on the site.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Peru or Switzerland, depending on availability. Delivery times are estimated between 10 and 15 business days.

6. Right of withdrawal

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours.

7. Liability

MUNAÏ cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, Swiss law applies. The competent court is that of the canton of Vaud.
